Pre-Season Hospitality Still Available

Posted on: Wed 09 Jul 2008

Fancy sitting back and enjoying Notts County's two attractive pre-season fixtures on home turf in style?

In the build-up to the 2008/09 season, Ian McParland's new-look Notts County side will be entertaining Premiership outfit Stoke City at Meadow Lane on Tuesday 29 July (7:45pm), and also local neighbours Nottingham Forest on Saturday 2 August (3pm) ahead of the Reds' first season back in the Championship.

And we are inviting you take advantage of the excellent hospitality packages in place for the two mouth-watering fixtures.

The visit of Stoke ahead of their maiden season in the Premier League will see McParland's men take on some of the country's elite performers - while the Forest friendly will be both sides' final pre-season fixture before the new 2008/09 season kicks off a week later.

On that basis, you can expect a competitive game at Meadow Lane as both sets of players aim to establish themselves in their teams' starting XI ahead of the opening day of the season. Notts season starts at Bradford on August 9, while Forest kick-off their new season on home turf against Reading a day later.

nottscountyfc.co.uk is pleased to confirm that Hospitality is available at a cost of £30 per head, which includes match tickets, and entitles you to the following:

* 3 course carvery meal in the 1862 Suite prior to the game
* Reserved car parking (1 pass per 4 guests)
* Complimentary Matchday Magazine for each guest
* Reserved seating in the Sponsors Section of the Derek Pavis Stand
* Access to the 1862 Suite at half-time
* Access to the Players Lounge after the game

And to add to the occasion when we take on Forest, former Manchester United, Bury and Reds striker David Johnson will be the guest speaker for the day in the 1862 Suite, and will be chatting to Colin Slater prior to the game.

Johnson won the hearts of many Magpies fans during his time over the Trent back in 2003 when he placed a sizeable donation into the 'Save Notts County Fund' during the Magpies' long spell in Administration, and is sure to receive a warm welcome from both sets of supporters.
