Live Updates From Meadow Lane

Full-Time - Notts County 0-1 Lincoln City: One single goal settles it here at Meadow Lane, and despite Notts' efforts they couldn't draw level. Look out for our full report and reaction to this evening's game on nottscountyfc.co.uk later tonight.

90 Mins: Three minutes of added time.

89 Mins: Good stop from Hoult diving to his right to save Clarke's long-range effort for Lincoln, first real shot he has had to deal with in this half.

87 Mins: Notts are huffing and puffing, throwing balls into the box but Lincoln seem really determined to hold onto this lead.

85 Mins: Five minutes plus added time for Notts to save something from this game.

84 Mins: Notts winning another corner and keeping the pressure on, but Marriott has really had little to do tonight.

80 Mins: Free-kick on the edge of the penalty box for Notts after a foul on Weir-Daley, but Smith curls the ball just over the bar. Had Marriott stretching all the way there.

78 Mins: Good play by Parkinson down the right to get a cross in and he almost picks out Weir-Daley, but he just can't reach the ball and Brown was able to smash the ball away.

77 Mins: Notts make their second change, and another striker on the pitch with Jason Lee replacing Austin McCann.

74 Mins: Once again, there's no luck going Notts' way at all. The players are digging deep and giving what they can; a goal would really put Lincoln on the back foot here.

69 Mins: Another corner sees Notts come the closest they have all night with Mayo rising to head Butcher's corner towards the far corner but Kerr was on hand to head off the line and the Imps defence were able to scramble the ball away and smother out Johnson's follow-up.

68 Mins: Smith's free-kick to the far post looks like it fell perfectly on the volley for Mayo, but Brown quickly got a foot in and poked the ball away for a corner which Butcher whipped out of play at the far post.

67 Mins: Attendance just confirmed to us, 3,858 at Meadow Lane this evening - including 870 visitors.

65 Mins: Both sides have been giving the ball away cheaply in this half, seems to be a like hot potato at the moment.

61 Mins: Shot from long-range by Jarvis is easily dealt with by Marriott, again it is encouraging to see Jarvis keen to have a go from anywhere and get his shots in.

60 Mins: Parkinson is on now, replacing Ali Gibb - so a straight swap on the right wing by Ian McParland. Parkinson will be eager to impress having been out of favour since the turn of the year.

59 Mins: Andy Parkinson looks set to come on here for Notts. He is taking instructions from Dave Kevan, so it could be a first outing for well over a month for the winger.

55 Mins: Good play by Smith to pick out Weir-Daley's run over the top, but under pressure and having to take his effort quickly he was able to lift the ball over Marriott but his effort was just off target.

52 Mins: Lincoln could, and possibly should, have just gone 2-0 up. Good play by Beevers getting forwards from left back saw a ball across the box work its way to N'Guessan but he could only drive wide from twelve yards out on his left foot. Snatched at it, and was only just off target.

50 Mins: Foul on Mayo on the edge of the box to the right gives Notts a chance to get a ball into the box - but McCann and then Smith at the second attempt fail to beat the first man.

48 Mins: Notts getting at Lincoln early in the half, pinning the visitors back but unable to create anything at the moment. Early doors though.

46 Mins: Notts kick us off for the second half, no changes made by either side.

Half-Time - Notts County 0-1 Lincoln City: Half-time at Meadow Lane and Notts trail to Forrester's sixteenth minute goal. Join us again in fifteen minutes for the second half .

45 Mins + 2: No real noteworthy action in added time so far, so looks like Notts are going in 1-0 down at the break.

45 Mins: Three minutes of added time here at Meadow Lane, so still a little time for Notts to force themselves level before the break.

44 Mins: Notts almost catch the Imps out at the back after a slip by Beevers, but Weir-Daley's shot is blocked by Nat Brown and Marriott prevents the ball running behind for a corner.

41 Mins: Magpies fans seem frustrated their side haven't been able to break down the Imps' resolve here. A few moans and groans from the crowd.

38 Mins: Notts unable to find the key to unlock the Lincoln defence at the moment. On the other hand, Lincoln have only had one shot all game - and that hit the back of the net. It is all about taking your chances.

34 Mins: Michael Johnson is down getting some treatment from John Haselden at the moment, but he looks ok and fine to carry on. Ian McParland and Dave Kevan are on the touchline barking out orders to their players.

30 Mins: Good break by Notts down the left by Jarvis once again, but on the turn Weir-Daley's shot was blocked. Looked like he took the ball of the toe of Richard Butcher there, who doesn't look happy at all.

26 Mins: Notts still trying to find a way through, Jarvis in particular is running himself into the ground tonight and under pressure from two defenders he managed to get a shot in with his left boot - but he was just off target but he had the confidence to have a try.

24 Mins: Good pressure by Notts, winning a corner and getting the crowd back on their side but they aren't able to make that pressure count.

21 Mins: Notts upping the pressure now, Jarvis finds room inside the box to fire in a right-foot shot which Marriott is equal to at his near post - and again Hone is on hand to hook the ball away.

20 Mins: Butcher wins a Notts corner which Marriott fumbles, but luckily for him his defenders were alert to the situation and Hone was able to hook the ball clear.

18 Mins: Notts look for a quick response with two balls into Weir-Daley in behind the defence, but Marriott clears on both occasions quickly racing off his line.

16 Mins - GOAL - Notts County 0-1 Lincoln City: Lincoln City take the lead with their first attempt on target through Jamie Forrester. A cross from N'Guessan down the left is not well cleared by Paul Mayo, who can only head the ball into the path of the striker and he made no mistake by driving the ball into the back of the net. Really poor goal to concede, but Lincoln are ahead.

12 Mins: Lincoln win the first corner of the game with Johnson having to push the ball behind with his outstretched left-foot from N'Guessan's excellent right-wing cross.

10 Mins: A bit scrappy in the last five minutes or so, but Notts are getting stuck in and putting themselves about. However, no chances just yet.

6 Mins: Notts have been the brighter in the early stages here. Some good footwork and movement by Jarvis and Weir-Daley helped Notts get in round of the back of the Lincoln defence, but in the end Paul Mayo's shot from outside box is well wide to the amusement of the away fans given he left Lincoln to join Notts in the summer.

3 Mins: Good ball into the box by Mayo from the left towards Ali Gibb on the penalty spot is headed away by Nat Brown - excellent clearance because Gibb was running onto that ball, and a decent connection would have given Marriott something to do.

1 Min: Lincoln kick us off, Notts shooting towards the Kop Stand where around 1,000 Lincoln City fans are housed this evening.

7:43pm: The teams are out onto the pitch, and fingers crossed for a home win this evening - four points from the home double-header would be hugely welcome.

7:40pm: Teams are ready to enter the field, a little disappointing attendance-wise by the looks of things - but those here in the Jimmy Sirrel Stand are singing loud and proud and getting behind the players.

7:30pm: A few ex-Imps in Notts' team tonight looking to get one over their former club - Butcher, Mayo, Weir-Daley and Hoult are in the starting line-up while Jason Lee is on the bench as the players finish their pre-match warm ups and head to the dressing room.

7:15pm: Hello and welcome to tonight's clockwatch live from Meadow Lane. We've got the team news, and Notts are without Danny Crow with a shin injury but Richard Butcher and Paul Mayo are fit again despite doubts over their fitness. Gary Silk and Neil MacKenzie however drop to the bench, so in come Spencer Weir-Daley, Ali Gibb and Austin McCann with the Magpies having made three changes to the side which drew 0-0 with Barnet on Saturday.
