The main stand-out players in the squad are Scott Sinclair of Chelsea and Andy Carroll of Newcastle United. Sinclair made a big impact whilst out on loan at Plymouth Argyle last season and returned to make a handful of appearances for Chelsea towards the back end of last season while Carroll is a tall and highly thought of striker on loan at Preston North End.
Sam Hutchinson made his debut for Chelsea at the end of last season, meanwhile two more of Chelsea's promising young talents are gaining Football League experience with Ryan Bertrand on loan at Oldham Athletic and Jack Cork with Scunthorpe United.
The England squad for the game is as follows: Albrighton (Aston Villa), Aluko (Birmingham City), Bertrand (Chelsea), Brandy (Manchester United), Button (Tottenham Hotspur), Carroll (Newcastle United), Chandler (Sunderland), Clark (Aston Villa), Cork (Chelsea), Eastwood (Huddersfield Town), Hutchinson (Chelsea), Mills (Southampton), Obadeyi (Bolton Wanderers), Parkes (Watford), Sawyer (Chelsea), Sinclair (Chelsea), Walker (Middlesbrough), Wilkinson (Leeds United).
Wayne Rooney, Stuart Downing and Jermaine Jenas have all featured for the U19s in the past and the Belarus friendly will give England's youngsters 90 minutes in the spotlight and a chance to stake a claim for the Preliminary European Championship Qualifying squad which starts in October.
Head coach, Brian Eastick, will be looking to experiment with his line up before the upcoming qualification campaign begins in earnest: "I worked with this team last year as U18s and they had a great 4-1 win over Holland at Yeovil Town but player assessment is constantly ongoing and we're always monitoring the lads to see who's progressing nicely.
"Football at this level is all about development but we've got a good database of players and we'll also take on board the recommendations of both clubs and scouts," said Eastick of his selection process.
England are drawn against Iceland, Romania and Belgium with the top two making it through to the final round of qualification and Eastick knows from past experience that his side will have to be at full strength to make an impression: "Last season we lost key players to both injury and the Football League playoffs but we also came up against decent U19 sides like Holland, Russia and the Czech Republic who possessed real quality.
"We know that reaching the finals of this competition isn't easy and it's going to be just as tough this season as well," warned Eastick.
As a Club, Notts County Football Club is delighted to be holding such a prestigious event and Chief Executive Geoff Davey explained: "This is terrific news for the Club and we are really looking forward to welcoming the England and Belarus sides to Meadow Lane.
"To have some of the stars of the future gracing the Meadow Lane surface will be fantastic, and I am sure the people of Nottingham and our own supporters will turn out in numbers for what is certain to be a very a special night."
