On Monday we spoke to Chinese Notts County fan LV Xi and since, more faraway fans have been in touch.
Cousins Daniel Ratanapintha and Hannen Ryan from Melbourne Australia have followed the Magpies from the other side of the globe for several years.
They chatted to the OS about how they became fans of County and how they keep up-to-date with the latest happenings at Meadow Lane.
OS: Why do you support Notts County?
Dan: "I support the Magpies because of their long illustrious heritage. It sounds cliché, but it's the overwhelming past, and now future, of Notts County that draws my attention."
Han: "We got to an age where we had to choose a team to support and stop following family tradition - Cruz Azul - and who better to support than the underdogs, Notts County!"
OS: How long have you supported the Magpies?
Dan: "We've supported Notts ever since we we're young boys. At first Notts were just a League Two side, now they're our life."
OS: Who is your favourite player and why?
Dan: "My favourite players are Kasper Schmeichel, because he has saved five penalties to date, and Lee Hughes - three hat-tricks in one season! That's terrific by any standard of football"
Han: "My favourite player at County currently is Russell Hoult. He is an amazing keeper and while he may, at times, be overshadowed by Schmeichel, he never passes up a chance to prove his worth as part of the Magpie Army."
OS: What is your favourite match and why?
Dan: "It has to be Notts against Bradford this season - 5-0 where Hughesy debuted in style. Staying up until 3am is worth it for Notts."
OS: Have you ever been to Meadow Lane before? What are your memories of it?
Dan: "We really wish we could go to Meadow Lane. We plan to go backpacking in the future and Nottingham is the first place we'll go, to see where all the greats have played for nearly 150 years."
OS: What are your County memories/highlights?
Dan: "Being at the top of the Second Division in 1999 was great but, to be honest, I've been a fan for quite a while now, and my best memories are from this season. While the pain of relegation still stings from 2004, the relief of promotion is coming in 2010.
Han: "A vivid County memory for me was when Adam Tann collided with Macclesfield's Gareth Evans, in turn injuring himself. I, being a big Tann fan, was horrified!"
OS: How do you keep updated with Notts?
Dan: "Notts County's new Facebook page, Twitter page, YouTube channel and new web search bar, along with Magpie Player and Radio Nottingham has helped me to keep updated.
Han: "We love County, so much in fact we made a YouTube channel to make videos about them. And we did so to try build a community on the internet itself and try to help County gain mainstream support. We have made nearly 50 videos, and accumulated over 6,000 views."
OS: Do you have any Notts memorabilia?
Dan: "I'm not sure if it's memorabilia, but me and Hannen removed a wheel from a wheelbarrow, so I can actually say 'I had a wheelbarrow, the wheel fell off.'"
Han: "We have shirts which say 'I had wheelbarrow, the wheel fell off' too, and I also have a football signed by the entire squad."
OS: Anything else you want to tell us about yourself and your passion for the Magpies?
Dan: "A Notts County fan in Australia is rare, but my passion for the club is indescribable. Being on the other side of the world and following a League Two side mightn't make sense to my friends who follow big clubs like Manchester United, Liverpool, Crystal Palace and Chelsea, but somewhere within me believes that one day we can once more be among all the top clubs. With all the new signings, with Sven, with the fans, with the staff behind the scenes at Meadow Lane, we can make it big."
Han: "Please support our YouTube channel, MrNottsCounty, as well, so we can help gain mainstream notoriety for Notts internationally. We can do it one fan at a time!
