All of the limited edition 100 Years at Meadow Lane shirts were snapped up within the first half an hour of going on sale.

Queues formed early this morning ahead of the 10am launch and much of the stock has already been shifted.

However, around 500 shirts remain and supporters can still come down to pick up theirs today.

Retail Manager Lynn Lawson was delighted at the turnout this morning.

She said: "We expected quite a few people to come down but the amount that did was unbelievable.

"To have the shop that busy on a Friday morning was fantastic and it was great to hear the positive comments about the shirt.

"It's a great way to start the centenary celebrations and hopefully we'll see plenty of white shirts in the stands for tomorrow's game."

Please note that there is no limit to how many can be purchased at one time, despite rumours circulating that this is not possible.

At 1pm this afternoon, a number of players will be in the Club Shop to sign autographs and take photographs with fans.
