The Mag: Fleetwood Town

14 August 2014

The first league edition of The Mag is packed full of features and interviews...

The Fleetwood edition is dedicated to the club stalwart John Mounteney who sadly passed away this week.

The club pay tribute to one of the greatest supporters in the history of Notts County Football Club with quotes from Colin Slater, Les Bradd and Don Masson.

Also included in the 68-pager is a big interview with goalscoring striker Jake Cassidy.

The on-loan forward from Wolves answers your questions, tells all about his team-mates and also picks his favourite question from the fans to win a signed photo.

Meanwhile we catch up with former Magpie Jeff Hughes and ask him about his Meadow Lane memories, as well as finding out how his battle with fitness is going at Highbury.

There is also an in-depth look into Saturday’s opponents, a gallery of the first two games and all the latest news from the changing room and from The Bench.

Plus media men Colin Slater and Leigh Curtis give us their insight from the pressbox ahead of the first home game.

Also included, an update from the Notts Ladies and Official Supporters Association, Dean Yates’ thoughts on the Cod Army, Lynn Lawson tells us why she’s had such a busy summer and a warm welcome to Head of Academy Coaching Mick Halsall.

Copies will be on sale this weekend, meanwhile The Bench members can collect their edition via the sales points or the club shop using their voucher books.

You can also download a version for your iPhone of Android through the App Matchday Digitial.
