Supporter Wins £10,000 In Lifeline Day Draw

30 September 2015

Lifeline member Mr Perkins was the winner of a £10,000 cheque at last weekend's Lifeline Day.

The draw took place during half-time of the home win against York City and Daphne Mounteney pulled out the number of Mr Perkins, a Lifeline member since its inception in 1986, meaning it was double delight as he banked a cool £10,000 as well as watching the Magpies get three points.

An overjoyed Mr Perkins said: "I feel great! After 29 years, I can't believe I have won!

"I'm going to treat myself and maybe buy a new car or go on holiday.

"My wife said she wouldn't believe it until the cheque showed up. We've both been members of Lifeline for a long time.

"I keep telling people that you can't win unless you're in. This is proof that there are real winners with Lifeline and I'd urge any Notts County supporter to sign up to Lifeline today."

Lifeline do a big prize draw every season at the annual Lifeline Day with other top prizes to be won, including a car.
