Notts Duo Make Loan Move To Boston United

26 September 2014

Right-back Kyle Dixon and midfielder Greg Tempest have made the short-term switch to York Street…

The two graduates from the club’s Academy have moved to Boston United for a month to gain experience.

York Street will be no stranger to Dixon who had a spell at the start of the new year. The full-back has recently returned to full-time training following an injury he sustained in pre-season and the opportunity to make the move will aid his match fitness.

Tempest had previously been on loan at Ilkeston FC back in 2012 and has made 17 appearances for the first team since signing a professional deal with the Magpies.

Keep an eye on the Official Site for updates on the pair during the next four weeks.

Meanwhile defender Brad McGowan played the full 90 minutes whilst out on loan for Rainworth Miners Welfare in a 4-3 victory over Market Drayton Town on Saturday and was unlucky not to get on the scoresheet himself as his side beat Stocksbridge Park Steels 2-0 in midweek.

Striker Tyrell Waite loan has ended at Nuneaton Town and returned to Meadow Lane and injured midfielder Reece Brown loan ends this weekend and has therefore rejoined his parent club Birmingham City.
