Another new arrival at Meadow Lane...
Notts County have continued their squad strengthening in the January transfer window with the signing of Preston North End winger Will Hayhurst.
Hayhurst came through the youth ranks at Deepdale, making his professional debut for the club as an 18-year-old towards the end of the 2011.12 season when he came off the bench at half time in the League 1 match at home to Charlton Athletic.
The Republic of Ireland Under-21 international spent the end of the 2013.14 campaign on loan with York City and despite making 11 appearances for Preston this season, he has been allowed to leave the club to join Notts on an 18-month deal, with clauses included in the deal to bring the 20-year-old to Meadow Lane.
