The 6’2 winger has been training with the Magpies since the start of the month and agreed terms after passing a medical.
The former Dutch Under 21 player has a bag full of tricks and will be looking to impress the supporters with his stopovers and trickery this coming season.
He will also bring plenty of experience having played in the Dutch and Hungarian leagues, playing for AZ Alkmaar, NAC Breda and Vitesse.
He also linked up with Notts boss Ricardo Moniz at Ferencvaros where he scored nine times in 45 appearances.
The wideman will bring plenty of excitement on the flanks and will get fans sat on the edge of their seats.
The 31-year-old is comfortable on either flank and he also has an eye for goal.
