Notts County has this week taken an important step in tackling the recent unacceptable behaviour by a small minority of supporters.
Further to a supporter recently using foul, abusive language and also displaying aggressive behaviour toward our match day staff, the club has banned this individual from attending any future events at Meadow Lane Stadium until 31st December 2016.
We will not allow this minority to ruin the enjoyment of our true supporters who follow Notts County FC both home and away and they should be reassured that these types of issues will be dealt with in the strongest terms.
In addition to this we are working closely with the police and football authorities to identify a small group who have been causing similar issues particularly at away games. If there is sufficient evidence to suggest that their actions are not in line with our expected code of behaviour, further bans will follow.
