Negus-Hill has been brought in to strength the club and also assist Chief Executive Officer Aileen Trew.
Negus-Hill will be working closely with the team and board and making sure everyone is motivated for a successful season.
He told Magpie Player: “I’ve worked with a lot of the staff previously and obviously worked with the board a long time. I’m looking forward to working really hard over the summer.
“I’m really excited for the opportunity for myself, but also for the club. There’s a lot to do, but we are all confident.
“Having run the Ladies side and a number of other businesses, I have that knowledge to help the club and bring some positivity to the club. A winning mentality is everything.
“We need success and that mentality has to happen across all departments and of course the supporters.
“We will be looking to boost morale and get the office united and working with partners, sponsors and generating funds for this club, that will help breed success out on the pitch.”
