Notts County have completed the emergency loan signing of Jamal Campbell-Ryce from fellow Sky Bet League 1 side Sheffield United.
Campbell-Ryce, who spent two seasons at Meadow Lane, making 79 appearances and scoring 11 goals, before leaving to join the Blades last summer, returns on a deal until the end of the season.
The 31-year-old has made 32 appearances for Sheffield United this season, scoring seven goals, but has been allowed to return to Notts and goes straight into the squad for this weekend’s game at home to Port Vale.
Meanwhile Bolton Wanderers defender Hayden White has had his loan spell at Meadow Lane ended early by mutual consent and has returned to the Macron Stadium.
