Notts County can confirm that Guy Branston has been appointed as the club’s new Chief Scout.
Branston, who represented the likes of Rotherham United, Sheffield Wednesday and Peterborough United during his playing career, will oversee all areas of scouting and recruitment at Meadow Lane.
The 36-year-old will work closely with Manager Shaun Derry and his coaching team to identify and assess potential transfer targets as well as organising the club’s network of scouts.
