Both Jamie and his Dad Roger achieved awards at the prestigious event last month, winning Nottinghamshire FA Disability Coach of the Year and Nottinghamshire FA Community Coach of the Year respectively.
The former Academy player Jamie recently hit the headlines as he set off in a new career as a jockey.
The pair will be in the Wheeler's Suite ahead of Saturday's game against Gillingham, discussing Jamie's new career and their recent success.
