Notts County's Wes Atkinson has joined Vanarama National side Gateshead on loan.
The 22-year-old will spend an initial month with the Tyneside club.Atkinson said: "It's an opportunity to go out and hopefully get some regular football. I had a little taste of it towards the end of last season and I want to get that feeling of playing week in, week out again.
"I went to Eastleigh last year in the Conference National and it was a very good standard of football. It will be good to challenge myself out there again."
